Valley Desk is a sole proprietorship based in Phoenix, Arizona, run by Nicholas Joice.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, business name, phone number, and email address, when you contact us, reply to us, or ask about a pilot.
• Call details, only for businesses in a pilot: the caller's phone number, the reason for the call, and the booking details needed to schedule the visit. Calls handled by Valley Desk may be recorded, and callers are told at the start of the call that they are speaking with an AI assistant.
• Website use: we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To answer your message, run a pilot, book visits, and send the missed-call text back you asked about by calling first.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
• We share it only as needed to run the service: with the phone and messaging providers that carry the calls and texts, and with the business whose calls we are answering.

How long we keep it

Pilot call records and messages are kept only as long as needed to run the pilot and report on it, then deleted on request. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time by emailing nicholas@valleydeskaz.com.
